   I have used the link from the email but it when I right click and select “save target as” I get a message Unable to locate/open.

     Hi Marla – I couldn’t find the source of the problem, because of this I have sent you an email with the ebook as an attachment and you should be able to download it directly from there.
     Hopefully this will work for you.
